The NFL will join the fight for social justice and against racism. In week 1, two messages will be stenciled in on the end zone borders. The Messages will be “It Takes All of Us and “End Racism.”

A memo was sent out to every team informing of the league’s plans to do messages on the end zone borders. The NFL said the idea behind the message is to show ” how football and the NFL bring people together to work as one and use our example and our actions to help conquer racism.”

The NFL joins the WNBA and NBA in having messages on the playing surfaces. WNBA and NBA has Black Lives Matter on their courts.
