Super Bowl Favorite

The Cincinnati Bengals and the Los Angeles Rams are set to face off in Super Bowl 56 at Sofi Stadium. This is the Bengals first appearance since 1989 and the Rams are looking to redeem themselves after losing to Tom Brady and the Pats a few years back.

The stage is set for Super Bowl 56 and both the Rams and Bengals are ready to battle to see who will take home the Lombardi this year. The Rams enter this game as a -4.5 favorite as they are the second team in NFL history to host a Super Bowl in their home stadium right after the Bucs were the first ones to do it last year and win. Although the Rams open up as favorites, that does not mean they have the complete advantage over the Bengals in this matchup. The Bengals are having a Cinderella season as Burrow returned from a season-ending ACL last year, he was able to bounce match and lead his team to a Super Bowl appearance after this franchise has not been to once since 1989. Each team has their motivation to help push them through and try to win a Super Bowl, but there will only be one team crowned champion on February 13th.

It’s pretty obvious the Rams are the favorites to win the Super Bowl, after going out in the off-season spending top dollar to bring in guys like Matt Stafford and also acquiring vets midway through the season such as OBJ and Von Miller. The talent for the Rams obviously overshadows the Bengals, but according to America, everyone is rooting for the Bengals to win. After a phenomenal year from Joey B and Ja’Marr Chase, they are looking to bring Cincy their first Super Bowl and cement themselves in Bengals history by doing the impossible for this organization. After coming off a come from behind win in Kansas City, where it was the biggest comeback in an AFC Championship Game, this group showed resilience and fight that cannot be explained and proved they are ready for the big moment,

My prediction for this game will be a Cincinnati upset as they win on a walk-off field goal 30-27 bringing in their first Super Bowl in franchise history. Joe Burrow will throw for 330 yards and 3 touchdowns as Chase has a total of 120 receiving yards with 2 touchdowns. Matt Stafford will have a highlight performance as well putting up 300 plus passing yards as well with 2 touchdowns and a dominant night for Cooper Kupp, however, Burrow will prevail in the final moments to put his team overtop and have a historic Super Bowl moment. It will be a fun night in Inglewood, Ca February 13th, but one team will end the season on top and I believe it is set up for the Bengals to be victorious and bring home their first Lombardi in franchise history.

Final Score 30-27 Bengals
