The Seattle Seahawks acquired All-Pro safety, Jamal Adams, form the New York Jets. The Seahawks also New York’s fourth-round pick in 2022. New York will receive safety Bradley McDougald, first-round picks in 2021 and 2022. Also, the Jets will receive a third-round pick in 2021.
A month ago the Adams requested a trade, and while New York did not want to trade him, they seemed to have a change of heart. Adams wanted a contract extension, but there was no progress in talks. Adams recently went on to criticize the Jets franchise on social media and the newspaper, leading to this move.
