Jamal Adams has officially requested a trade from the New York Jets.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Adams would welcome a trade to any of the following teams.
The list is full of Super Bowl favorites and playoff teams, including the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs.
If the Chiefs are interested, they will likely have to part ways with a high draft pick, or even consider the possibility of sending Chris Jones to New York.
The Cowboys have been linked to Adams in the past, but serious discussions have died down over recent months. With this new development, Jerry Jones may be right back on the phone again.
The Jets have been adamant in keeping Adams in their future plans, but Adams has been persistent in his desires for an extension, and now appears ready to receive it elsewhere.
